Bianglala Cahaya Cemerlang

Description

Our business is dedicated to empowering women, particularly mothers, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities, by providing them with valuable skills and knowledge to enhance their lives. Through our programs, women can learn sewing, embroidery, knitting, time management, and product management, gaining the confidence and independence they need to thrive. Specifically for fishing families, while their husbands are out at sea, our women entrepreneurs can earn a steady income from selling their handmade crafts and services, as well as a variety of processed fish products made from fresh catches.

With a proven track record of empowering women since 2008, our owner has successfully implemented skills training programs in several regions of West Java, including women’s prisons and refugee groups, fostering economic independence and community growth. Registered as an UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) in Bogor Regency, mentored by Bank BRI, YDBA Astra, Smesco, Bank Mandiri, Bank Exim, Ministry of Cooperatives, connected with 1000 other UMKM, Fair Trade Indonesia community, and several Indonesian designers, we have built a strong foundation of trust and expertise in supporting women’s empowerment.

As someone who has had the privilege of exploring the beauty of Ujung Kulon and understanding the needs of its communities, our owner is passionate about creating opportunities that make a real difference. Through our initiatives, we’re not only empowering women but also helping to strengthen fishing communities. By providing women with the skills and opportunities they need to succeed, we’re creating a ripple effect of positive change that benefits entire families and communities.
